Operating Instructions

All changes must be performed with the safe door open

To open the safe press the green enter button and then enter your user ID code followed by your unique combination.

Manager combination is set to factory default:
User ID: 01
Combination: 123456

To access the command menu:

• Press the green Enter button to wake the keypad
• Enter a valid ID and when prompted, the combination​
• If time delay is programmed into your keypad, wait the allotted time, and then re-enter your user ID and combination. A countdown will begin on the screen once the first combination is entered. Once the countdown has finished you will have 10 minutes to enter your user ID and combination again.​​

​To add additional users using Manager’s combination:

• Access the command menu using instructions above
• If time delay is programmed into your keypad, after waiting the allotted time make sure to press the green enter button before entering the user ID and combination a second time in order to create a 10-minute window where your safe will not need to count down again
• Scroll through the menu until you get to the “User” menu, press green enter button
• Screen will say “Add,” press green enter button
• Enter the user ID to be added (02-29)
• Enter new combination
• Repeat combination to confirm​
• Now select “Add User,” press green enter button to confirm
• Now, follow steps to access the command menu with the new user ID and simple combination
• Screen will prompt you to change the combination of the new user from the simple combination to a new permanent combination.
• Add new combination and test with the door open before closing and locking.

Note: Combination must be tested before closing and locking safe door

To change combination:

• Access command menu for the user ID to be changed
• Scroll through menu to “Change Combination”
• Enter new 6 digit combination
• Repeat 6 digit combination to confirm

To reset combination with Manager’s combination:

• Access command menu using Manager’s user ID and combination
• Scroll through menu to Users -> Edit -> Reset Combination
• Enter user ID to be reset
• Enter new combination
• Repeat new combination to confirm

To change battery:

• Push tab at bottom of keypad in and hold, use ribbed section on side of keypad to grip battery pack and slide out from keypad
• Replace batteries with 2 Duracell or Energizer batteries

To Add Time Delay to 700 Series

• Press the green enter button and type in 01 and the corresponding combination
• Scroll down to “system” and press the green enter button
• Scroll down to “locks” and press the green enter button
• Scroll down to “time delay” and press the green enter button
• Select “delay period” and press the green button
• Enter desired delay amount (05 or 10 for 5 minutes or 10 minutes respectively) and press the green button. Keypad will beep and flash green if accepted.
• Select “confirm window” and press the green button
• Type in confirm window amount (we recommend 05 for 5 minutes or 10 for 10 minutes) and press the green button. This will set the amount of time you have after the time delay count down finishes to enter your combination a second time.
• Keypad will beep and flash green if accepted
• Press the # button to go back to the main menu or let the keypad time out

 
To Change Time Delay Period 

• Press the green enter button and type in 01 and the corresponding combination
• Scroll down to “system” and press the green enter button
• Scroll down to “locks” and press the green enter button
• Scroll down to “time delay” and press the green enter button
• Select “delay period” and press the green button
• This will display your current/old delay period and new delay period
• Type in desired delay period (etc. 05 for 5 minutes, 10 for 10 minutes)
• Lock will update once number is entered
• Press the # button to go back to the main menu or let the keypad time out
